Warren Horton and his VBM technicians provided my Family the ability to customize my master bathroom during a recent renovation that no one else in the 7 cities could provide. VBM was also able to join an ongoing effort to troubleshoot and take over a custom shower pan installation that my "bathroom renovation expert" couldn't perform - saving the project, and allowing my other contractors to stay on schedule. When I first called Warren he had already wrapped up for the day but told me if I wanted to stop by the shop anyway he would take time to talk to me. I'm so glad he did! From the first hand shake, he has been extremely helpful and understanding of our situation and needs. He made us the perfect vanity tops for our bathrooms and worked with us to keep it affordable while giving us the highest quality marble, craftsmanship, and installation. Now it's time for him to do the our countertops for our kitchen. I highly recommend Warren and his crew to anyone in need of the highest quality products and service at an affordable price! EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Came in on a Monday and Warren helped us looked through the remnant pieces they have for a piece that would make a 18" x 72.5" customer service counter. They were able to cut to size, polish and finish corners and have it back to us by 2pm that Thursday for a very (extremely) reasonable price. Ordered 2 additional pieces on the spot. Warren and his team was excellent. I had a bad experience with another company, and Warren came in and accessed the situation and made recommendations with what I was looking for. And a project (kitchen back splash) that was going on for six months, Warren and his team completed the project in two days, that was just what I was looking for. He provided excellent customer care and needs and was attentive to all my concerns and questions. And I would recommend him again and again.

Excellent customer service, superior products and competitive prices! VA Beach Marble & Co LLC installed beautiful new countertops for the kitchen and bar areas of our beach home on Hatteras Island. Not only was the finished product amazing but Warren and his team went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure we were completely satisfied! We had a tight construction deadline and were hosting our family at the beach for Thanksgiving. When the slab was going in our kitchen it broke. Warren quickly matched the slab, fabricated and installed a flawless new piece in time for our Thanksgiving feast. Warren personally drove down Thanksgiving morning to ensure the job was completed to satisfaction. The best customer service from start to finish! We are customers for life and will be using VA Beach Marble for all of our future projects at our properties in both Virginia Beach and the Outer Banks. Thanks again for a job well done!
