I love my granite! I have had it less than a week and already am getting compliments. The team at US Marble and Granite are top notch. Everyone is very professional. Kim and Cyd were so great to work with. I worked directly with Kim. She helped me narrow down choices and the granite I ended up choosing is perfect for my house. Anytime I called with questions, she had an answer for me in no time. Thanks Kim!! The rest of the crew were on time, efficient and very helpful. There is no doubt that customer satisfaction is their #1 goal. I would recommend this team to anyone!!

What a wonderful customer service experience. From the start to the finish US Marble and Granite has done an outstanding job. Noah and the team were very helpful and patient with us as we were not sure what material we wanted. They gladly pulled out several slabs for us to look at. Once we finally made up our minds, the measuring process went smoothly. The custom fit of the countertop couldn’t be better. The installation team, Rick and Aaron were very professional, knowledgeable and able to think on their feet to troubleshoot our cottage kitchen.

We hired US Marble & Granite to install granite tops on our outdoor bar and grill station. Quality of product and installation was great. Installers were courteous and professional. It was a pleasure to work with Matt and Jay who coordinated everything in a prompt manner. They also really stand behind their work. I would recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely thrilled with my experience at US Marble & Granite. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed. They were incredibly knowledgeable, personable and helpful guiding me through the various options and helping me choose the perfect countertop for my guest bathroom. The selection was impressive, with stunning colors and patterns to choose from. Installation was seamless and professional. The installers did a fantastic job. We have used US Marble and Granite for two projects - one a renovation 3 years ago in the house we sold and our current new build which we are just completing. They did all of our countertops for both projects. They are the best!! First, Lynn, our sales person, has been so helpful from the get go. She was so patient with us as we went through this whole process. When we were ready to have them come and measure Noah was so polite and professional. Two weeks later our quartz was ready to be installed. Once the day came for installation these guys worked like a well oiled machine. There were 6 of them and they hustled. Each had a job and they did it to perfection. Watching the guys put on a 10’ X 5’ piece of quartz on our island was unbelievable. The entire time they were polite, efficient, neat and the quality of their work rates a 10! Our quartz countertops look fabulous and we could not be happier. We never even considered using anyone else once US Marble and Granite said they would come to Worden (near Edwardsville) to do our whole house new build. Thank you Lynn, Noah, install guys and US Marble for helping to make our home look so beautiful. We truly appreciate you!!

We are very pleased with our new granite kitchen counter tops. All of the people at US Marble & Granite were welcoming, courteous, an most of all, helpful with their advice and guidance about product choices, and the pros and cons of the different products. We were able to view the entire slab of granite from which our counter tops would be crafted, thus giving us a complete picture or concept of what the final result would look like. The installation is very professional and we could not be happier.

Everyone we dealt with at US Marble & Granite was personable, professional, knowledgeable, helpful and kind to us every step of the way. Due to their volume of business we had to wait several weeks for the installation of our granite, but that gave ample opportunity for all other work to be completed. Materials are beautiful and there are many choices. We bought a piece of granite for a fireplace hearth and slate stacked stone tiles for the wall. They were able to recommend an independent mason for the installation. The end result is beautiful and exactly what we wanted. We especially enjoyed working with John, since he was very informative and encouraged us to look around and take our time in making a decision.

Showroom was great! Very easy, no pressure experience. Very clean and professional install. Had one small issue (that I was OK living with - it is a “natural stone” after all) but Jay came out and was insistent that they make it right! Would recommend US Marble over and over again! Let me tell you about my experience at USMG. I had them do a kitchen for me on a nice, higher end home. The product was great but what sets them apart from everyone else was the way I was treated when there was a disagreement on price. Somewhere along the line, the ball was dropped and the price ended up being higher than the estimate. I got to talk directly to the owner, who treated me more than fairly. We worked out a number that we were both happy with and needless to say I will use them on every project in the future! Most companies would not have sat down with the customer and worked things out and I won’t forget that! Thank you again, Jay!
