We started our kitchen countertop search process with trepidation because we were on a tight budget and we didn't know how to match upgraded countertops while keeping our traditional brown cabinets. Enter Toluca Granite. Lauren, one of the owners, carefully listened to our preferences and examined photos of our existing kitchen. The complimentary design assistance she provided us with was significantly better than any of the other stores we visited. Lauren was patient enough to spend several hours with us and let us choose what part of the slab we could use, even taping it off to help us visualize it better. And then afterwards, we got lucky and found another coordinating remnant that was one of our first choices we had been willing to purchase retail. We came in way under budget with a higher quality quartz and an outcome way nicer than anything we could have imagined ourselves. We will DEFINITELY be returning to Toluca in the future.

I had an amazing, positive experience with Toluca. I needed two countertops. One was straightforward - marble, for a new built-in. The second was complicated - I was rebuilding some kitchen cabinets, and needed a new countertop that matched my existing, and would be installed 'in place' amongst other kitchen infrastructure. The staff steered me to a remnant piece of marble, saving me money. They also worked to find as close a match to possible for my kitchen. Their pricing was competitive. Furthermore, my cabinet maker had multiple delays. Each time, Toluca pleasantly rescheduled. When we were ready for Toluca to measure, they showed up on time. After the measure, Toluca let me know I'd paid too much money - the actual cost was several hundred dollars less - and issued a refund for the difference (!). The day of the install, the kitchen 'retrofit' proved difficult. My cabinet maker had made the drawers a touch too tall. Somehow - after three hours of making and modifying shims and working the stone all around - Toluca installers made it work. The seams are almost invisible. The work is gorgeous. They cleaned up after themselves. At several points, I fully expected them to say "we can't do this, the kitchen cabinets are simply incorrect" but they didn't. 10/10 would recommend them to anyone, and when I need countertops in the future, I'm only making one phone call.

Had a great experience with them! They were super reasonably priced and Lily was amazing at communicating throughout the whole process. Just got our quartz countertops installed yesterday and they look amazing! The guys did a really nice job and we are very happy with how it turned out.

First off, this review is so overdue! I can't say enough good things about the service I received at this granite supplier. Nancy helped me personally meet an important deadline and was very patient with me during my stone selection process. I changed my mind a lot but ended up finding what I needed at an amazing price. Context, I'm a furniture designer who needed to make marble/granite tables for a collaboration with an art institution.Thank you so much again for the amazing and speedy service you all provided.

We had new granite counters installed by Toluca granite in our home and we couldn't be happier. They were very responsive to our questions and concerns (Lettie was great!), showed up when they said they would and were courteous and professional at all times. They helped us understand what was happening and helped us make informed decisions. The price was very reasonable and best of all the counters look great! We had a problem with the granite vendor and Toluca worked with us to make sure a proper resolution was reached with the third party. In short, we could not have made a better choice. We highly recommend Toluca Granite.

My wife and I had new quartz slabs installed for our kitchen countertops, kitchen backsplash, and bathroom countertop & backsplash. All of the quartz was fabricated and installed by Toluca. This was our first time working on such a project, and it was not cheap. Communicating with Nancy was great from the beginning to the end. She helped answer all of the questions and concerns that came up over a 6 week period while we shopped several suppliers, fabricators, and installers in North Austin. Toluca's quotes were the most competitive by far, and when we thought we had finally chosen our quartz material, Nancy suggested an alternative that was of similar quality and design but more affordable. It was an excellent suggestion, and we went with it. Installation took 2 days and was a very labor-intensive, DUSTY process. Fortunately we weren't living in our home during the installation. Unfortunately, there were a couple major mistakes made. We felt disappointed and immediately communicated the problems to Nancy the next day (Friday before Memorial Day). Nancy assured us that she would share our concerns during a large meeting that same day and that Toluca would resolve the issues. Well, Toluca came out on the following Monday, Memorial Day, to make things right. The final result turned out exactly as we had planned, and we are very pleased with the results. I will note that their installation team could have been more professional by cleaning up after themselves instead of leaving trash and tools behind, and this was also mentioned to Toluca. However, I have to give Toluca credit for standing up to their mistakes and following through to make sure we felt completely satisfied. They certainly did that in several ways, and we appreciate them. I want to give Honorato a shout out because he was enjoyable to interact with, and he helped build my confidence in Toluca. He came out twice for the initial and final measurements before the install, and he came out a third time on Memorial Day to fix the major concerns and a fourth time to fine tune a hole cut that we needed to enlarge. We would consider Toluca again for the future, and we recommend researching them for your countertop project.

I had a specific requirement, they kept me posted by providing me photos and alternatives that fit my project needs.
