Elvin has been such a delight to work with. From the moment I contacted him on Yelp, to the moment he installed our beautiful kitchen countertops he has been nothing but kind, polite and professional. He asked all the right questions, and told us all the options we could have to make our dream kitchen come to life, and really delivered. We had an issue with a small manufacturing defect on the quartz countertop, which we could only see after the installation and polishing the countertop. Elvin contacted the company on our behalf to get this sorted out. Working with him was very smooth, and easy (nothing of these nightmare contracting jobs I have heard about). Really glad we decided to work with him and I would work with him again!

Once again Ellvin at Surfacetopia did a flawless job fabricating and installing a countertop with a lovely soft mat finish. What I also value is how carefully the joint sealant is applied using a minimum amout of material. Not everyone takes this kind of care!

We hired Elvin to replace our kitchen counters, in the context of a large scale remodel. He also fabricated 2 bathroom vanities, using the remnants from the quartzite. I highly recommend him to anyone needing a stone fabricator. Elvin was so easy to work with, was extremely professional, and does high quality work - he is a true craftsman! He cares deeply that the end product looks beautiful, and that you are happy with the final result. He was always very responsive on email, vcml and text and communicated clearly throughout the whole process. Our project was somewhat complex, and he skillfully helped us navigate a good layout that would work for the veins in the quartzite. He also fabricated a shelf that we installed above our cooktop, at no extra charge. The bathroom vanities and kitchen counters look amazing - Thank you so much Elvin!

I don’t typically write reviews but Elvin and team from SurfaceTopia completely exceeded my expectations! Elvin was very communicative over email and phone when I initially reached out. He was transparent on pricing and availability. His quote was competitive, and more importantly, I felt it was a really great value given the high quality. He spent several hours with my contractor to measure the kitchen before creating the template. He sought my input and also offered his expert opinion. You can tell he has years of experience based on his recommendations, always sharing the why behind them - I felt really confident that we’d avoid any “gotchas” when installing our quartzite countertops. My contractor also really enjoyed working with him - he was super collaborative with him and I felt like they truly worked as a team to ensure all details were considered. His attention to detail is unmatched! On the day of install, he was on time and made the experience seamless! The quality of the cutting and install was really impressive. I love my new countertops and Elvin was really such a pleasure to work with. I’d recommended him to anyone needing fabrication services!

It was great to work with Elvin for our kitchen project. Elvin is straight forward and provided great recommendations. We were concerned that other subcontractors working on our project left some challenges, but he was able to work through those. He measured our project accurately, arrived on time for the installation and cleaned up afterward. I would recommend him to all friends and family.
