Unfortunately, the store sample looked much better than what I actually received (White Picasso granite). Mine came with yellow-ish lines and cracks (or fissures) all throughout. I’ll be honest, if I weren’t 8 months pregnant at the time and rushing to get my kitchen completed, I would’ve shopped around and not have taken the first referral from the cabinet store. I wasn’t happy walking into my new kitchen but I learned to live with it. Not even a year of usage and it has already chipped. I reached out they told me I should’ve been resealing every 6 months. Shouldn’t those instructions be given upon or before installation? I’m giving an average rating because the saleswoman was a pleasure to talk to.

Their design was great, they have awesome staff, and they took less than 10 days from the day we picked out our stone, to the day they installed it. Great prices too, we payed $30.00 less per square foot for the same stone than we would if we went to the box store that had it. We worked with Krystallee and it was a pleasure. I'd recommend them to anyone.

The whole experience with Stone Depot from start to finish was smooth and professional. Cassidy was a pleasure to work with, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. She took the time to work with me, knowing I was undecisive and overwhelmed by so many choices. The installers were prompt and professional. We recently have our two houses existing kitchen cabinets and countertops swapped out. We have the stone depot company to complete the remolding, surprisingly, the beauty of these stones, it all (stone granite, quantize we picked) turns out gorgeous, and we really love it all. The stone depot is a family-owned business; brothers are so passionate about their business and commit to the project, very nice people, great service and great price. Can’t say enough about Krystallee, brothers and staffs, true professionals, very efficient, will use them again and would highly recommend to all.

Office was great, pleasure to deal with, but a horrible install. They had to cut some off, so they didn't get the template correct. There are big gaps along the wall, should have been caulked but was not and because they they cut the counter top on site the round corner is no longer round. I would not recommend this company.

Krystallee was wonderful in choosing my master bath granite. I would have NEVER picked black granite but I’m very happy I listened to Krystallee cause it sure does let my sinks pop! STONE DEPOT employees are fantastic from Angel measuring to the guys (aka work horses) cutting & installing. FANTASTIC JOB! neat too!

Stone Depot of Rhode Island is great! Recommended by a couple different friends and we weren’t disappointed. From the first time walking into the showroom and meeting Kayla, we picked out the quartz we liked and set up a template date and an install date... had both appointments before we left the showroom. The template appointment went flawlessly, the gentleman that did the measuring was very polite and explained everything. The install was also flawless and clean. Three installers arrived on the time and date promised, installed the entire kitchen in a couple hours. A slight flaw was discovered in the large island, they called the office s as no arranged for a new piece to be cut and installed to be perfect. Highly recommend The Stone Depot of RI for your countertop needs.
