My entire experience with Roanoke Granite was fantastic. Other companies refused to even come out to look at the sink I wanted to replace. Roanoke Granite told me to buy the sink I wanted and they would figure out how to install it. The installer had the same attitude when he arrived, saying "we will make it work." Their prices were fantastic too. You cannot go wrong with using this company.

We are extremely happy with our new walk in shower and our experience with Roanoke Granite. Harley and Jena in the office are amazing. They were friendly, knowledgeable and communicated with us thru every step of the process. Sam the owner is a great guy and came out to the job every day to make sure things were going well. The best part was their prices. In addition to the office staff, the workers who installed the shower were prompt, courteous, professional and hard working. They made sure to ask questions so we would get exactly what we wanted. The quality is excellent and my shower looks great! I highly recommend Roanoke Granite!!

l had my countertop put in and am not happy at all because they put crack granite qnd they didn’t want to give me an other… l spen almost $3000 very bad sevice beware to sing any paper before you check every detail…l not recomend this place at all here is what they put in my kinchen take look for you self qnd you decide if you want buy from this people

I just finished a kitchen remodel. I ordered my countertops through Roanoke granite. Ashley was a peach to work with. She made the process! Everything was smooth and effortless. Communication was fantastic, she's was very responsive. When I arrived to pick up my countertops, the team made everything quick and painless. They loaded up my slabs, strapped everything down for me, and I was on my way. I did a self install, everything fit true to dimension. I HIGHLY recommend this company. We renovated our master bath a few years back, and had picked out a beautiful and expensive granite from these folks. We wanted 2 undermount sinks and purchased and dropped them off to Roanoke Granite for installation on their site so that they could bring the finished vanity top to our location and set it into our vanity. Ever since that installation, we've experienced erosion around the edges of the sinks. We spoke with folks about the issue and they sent a couple of young men to 'patch' the spots, but then we had obvious patches. Recently, we have come to realize that the granite is unpolished and unsealed where the undermount sinks are connected. That creates a completely raw surface to water in the sink. No wonder the edges of the granite are eroding! What cost us thousands of dollars is now slowly dissolving... I've contacted Roanoke Granite a couple of times, but no phone call back to replace/repair (?) the damaged vanity top--ruined simply because of their incompetence. The photos show the squares on the edge of the granite along the sink edges, which is the raw stone. Buyer Beware!! UPDATE AS OF JUNE, 2023: Roanoke Granite did come out and work to repair the existing vanity by removing the granite top, polishing out most of the eroded places, and then resetting the vanity top and sinks. One sink was a total success, but unfortunately, on the other sink, one area still had to be patched. So, after the repair, though the vanity top was much better, it wasn't a complete success. I did appreciate their stalwart attempt to fix the issue, and I was assured that the original crew who did the poor installation no longer worked for them.

I purchased cabinets and countertops to this company and have heard nothing but a bad experience. My cabinets were installed in October 2018 and immediately had problems with numerous doors being worked. It took almost a year to get the warped doors replaced. Since then I have had an ongoing issue with paint chipping off the cabinets,but getting this place to respond has been quite difficult. Please save yourself some time and avoid doing business here.

First off I will not use this company nor will I recommend this company. I wanted to talk to a manager and the lady’s in the front office said there was no manager there, I then proceeded to ask to talks to the owner and I was told they could not give out the owners name. Second I hand delivered a sink for them to cut out and they didn’t cut it to the specs that the manufacturer. There was even a big picture layout for them to use. I then had to get them to modify it one site because they refused to take it back to the shop and do it. They also damaged my island cabinet and it took forever for them to agree to pay for it. It also took a really long time to get the parts in and have someone fix it. They still didn’t cut the sink out properly. You will see in the picture my sink has radius corners and the sink I delivered has 90 degree corners. This company expects me to pay full price for crappy work and when I told them I wasn’t paying anything till they agreed to pay for the damage there guy did to my island. Again i wouldn’t recommend this company. I was just informed that they text my wife saying I never sent them any photos of the problems I need to have fixed. Well good news for me I have to text thread still saved to prove that I sent them that photos

Worst company ever and super shady! Stay far away from them and never use this company. First our sink was not cut right and they still put the counter top down and they only sent two guys to carry the counter tops. They dropped the island counter top which broke our brand new cabinet and they never finished the job. The girls in the office were very rude and told my husband that the way the sink was cut was the only way they cut the sinks out when they had our sink the whole time so they should’ve known how it needed to be cut to fit our sink and it’s still not right! We had to get our contractor to fix our cabinet that they broke. And the installers never finished the job, we sent pictures of the problems and the owner never called. They did pay for the work our contractor had to do to fix our cabinet but my husband had been asking for months to talk to a manager or owner of the company and no one called him. I went today to pay the rest of what we owed and I asked who the manager was and the girl told me that there was no manager there. So I asked for the name of the owner of the company and the girl in the office giggled and told me she was not allowed to tell me who he was. That right there is super shady. I will be calling the BBB on them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
