We are so in love with our new granite countertops. The team at Rich Murray Marble and Granite were top notch from beginning to end. Julie really knows her stuff and was so helpful in the process. Everyone listened to what we wanted and how we wanted it done, but were not afraid to make recommendations on what worked best. The guys who installed were very professional. We would definitely use them again . Thanks for transforming my kitchen into something beautiful. Great job

Cannot say enough good things about Rich Murray Granite -- and, in particular, about Julie. She is so knowledgeable and helped us avoid a few very costly mistakes that we would've hated once the project would have been completed. She worked hard to find the "pattern" of granite we wanted as well -- searching and working with multiple manufacturers until she found one that we loved. this really is an excellent local business operated by some quality people. Can't say thank you enough. Highly Recommend!

We shopped around, like most people do, when looking for new bathroom countertops. We went to 3 of the major big box stores to get pricing for the countertop itself as well as installation and a sink. I decided to get one more estimate from a small mom and pop business and glad I did!! We've been conditioned to believe that only the big box stores have competitive prices but that just isn't true. Not only did which Murray granite and marble works be all 3 of the big box store prices they blew them out of the water! Their quote included the countertops, the sink and installation!! We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Rich Murray Granite and Marble Works!!

We hired rich murray to make a counter top for our kitchen on the advice of a co worker and our interior decorator. The stone is beautiful however, the cut of the stone was not at all what we had spoken to rich about. We asked him to round the end that had been squared on our old countertop. However, what we got was a squared end. After it had been cut, even though the cut was incorrect and his fault...there was "nothing he could do about it". Not only that but the stone had been cut so poorly that they actually CUT INTO MY WALL to recess the corner of the countertop. These people had come to us so highly recommended that we didn't even look any place else. BIG mistake! I have called and called him since the installation. Finally he came to my house 2 months after the installation looked at it and said "let me think about it". I gave him another month and then I called him. I was told "nothing I can do about it". So buyer beware...you will get, not what you want, instead you will get what he chooses to give you. And then let YOU pay for it. Shop around...dont be duped like I was. Next stop...the attorney general.
