Tiling is bumpy, unleveled, uneven, short cuts, grout is already cracking. Both men wore metal belt that scratched up my brand new cabinets, drawers and appliances. They left the house in disarray with cut tile pieces, dirt and dust everywhere. Let my outside covered in wet saw dust. Overpriced, under-skilled, and unprofessional. Would not recommend. Save your money. So disappointed.. I was so excited for a brand new kitchen and now I need it re-done.

We were never told they were moving their shop when we picked our granite. We were told it wouldn’t take long because the granite was in stock as it was a leftover piece. We lost a couple weeks due to the shop moving. When they went to install it wasn’t templated right. They cut the wall and left the hole and wall just patched. I called and showed pictures and never heard back. I was left to fix on our own. I also requested a double sink and received a single. I would never use this place again!

If you are looking to remodel your kitchen with granite or marble, we would HIGHLY recommend Quality Granite and Quartz. The whole process was very easy and pleasant. The entire staff take pride in their work. From guiding us in picking out granite with Shannon and Jill to the installation with Carlos and Miguel. We are extremely pleased with the finished product! They are good people!

We have counters!! Huge kudos to Quality Granite & Quartz LLC.. from East Longmeadow for their patience with our project and the stellar job done by Carlos and Carlos! Even working under the pressure of an unforeseen obstacle with installation (due to a cabinet and custom sink)they took the time and effort to make it all work! Special thanks to Shannon for her listening to our indecisiveness and ultimately pointing us to this granite! Absolutely love our countertops!

We could not be more pleased with our experience with Quality Granite and Quartz. Shannon and Jill, who run the front office, were amazing to work with. They listened intently to our renovation plans and provide us with the best options to achieve exactly what we were looking for. Once we settled on the stone we wanted we were provide a quote for the work and an install date. Not only was the quote exactly what we ended up paying but the installation was completed a week ahead of schedule (in order to have our counter tops before Christmas). I can tell you with certainty that, in the renovation world, this is extremely uncommon and the hallmark of an exceptional company. Carlos performed our tricky installation flawlessly and his precise templating technique resulted in perfectly fitting counter tops. He is a highly skilled stonecutter and problem solver. He also has a top notch setup that you normally only see in much larger operations. He takes pride in his work and has invested in his business to ensure the best possible product. I highly recommend this business as they are now my “go to” for granite. Thank you Shannon, Jill and Carlos for doing such a wonderful job!

We decided to give Quality Granite a chance to replace our bar area on the recommendation of our daughter and son-in-law who use them for their kitchen counters. Carlos, Shannon and Jen were most accommodating and made our project happen very quickly, efficiently and cost effectively . They were very polite and friendly and left our house as clean as when they arrived. We couldn’t be happier with the end result.
