Dylan is exceptional, he goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy. He answers all of the home owners stupid questions. We were very pleased working with Dylan, we will be using him time and time again. NWT is awsome!

We used Northwest Trends for our most recent home build and highly recommend them for the excellent service they provided. Both Tyson Stacey and Jodee Coleman were wonderful to work with. Jodee especially went out of her way to stay on top of and provide a solution to the problems we were having with the blinds we had purchased through them. Great company, great people!!

Our rep was Dylan and he was great to work with; when we had concerns about how the project was going he came back out and walked us through all our options until we were comfortable. After visiting what I thought was every tile place in Spokane my wife suggested NW Trends as she recalled driving past it. I'm very glad she did! Their selection is bigger than anyone else's and we left that first visit having (finally) found the right tile for our bathroom remodel. The salesman Hayden was phenomenal from that first visit throughout the process, even visiting my house at different steps of the process to ensure the contractors were on the same page and to check in with me on how it was going. The tile and granite contractors were both professional and clearly communicated what was involved during the process. I could not be happier with the final product!

I had my old Pergo flooring damaged when my kitchen sink overflowed for a long time. My entire dining room, kitchen, hallway and flooring downstairs was ruined. (ServiceMaster by Rooms was fantastic in the damage mitigation) I spent 2 months with Lowes and their installer, Premier Industries, and it was a nightmare. I went to NW Trends in Spokane Valley and spoke with Meghan and explained the situation, and was concerned about any major prep work that might be needed on my subfloor. Premier refused to come out and look at it, I just had to take my chances. Within 1 HOUR I had my LVP selected, Meg followed me back home, took all measurements, inspected my subfloor and assured me it was fine. Within 24 hours, I had my COMPlETE cost. 2 weeks later, Roman, my installer, had completed the job beautifully. I cannot describe the stress I was under with Lowes, and how happy I am with NW Trends, Meg, Roman and the rest of the staff. To top it off, I got a much better LVP for $2000.00 LESS. I had two more rooms floored, and will finish the rest of my undamaged rooms soon. Thank you NW Trends!

I took advantage of NW Trend’s remnant yard to find a countertop for my bathroom vanity. They had tons of product to look through. Andrea was extremely helpful, offering advice while we searched for the perfect piece. Measuring and installing the countertop was very quick and easy. All the workers we encountered were professional, efficient, and did great work. Highly recommend NW Trends if you are looking for counter tops!

Most companies can do a good job when everything goes according to plan but it takes a top-notch company to do well when there’s a glitch. Our glitch was not caused by NWT or the installer but they all pulled together and did a great job of getting our install done on time and very professionally. Resourceful, friendly, helpful folks!
