3 years ago we chose Marble Unlimited to install our Quartzite countertops. We were thrilled with the beauty of the stone and the professional quality of the installation. When some problems with a slight stain emerged this year, Jennifer, Daniel and their crew promised to take care of it--- despite the fact that we were outside warranty. They have cleaned, dried, and resealed all the tops, and we could not be more grateful. This is a top notch business!!

I hate posting bad reviews, but we had an awful experience at Marble Unlimited. I'm leaving 2 stars because they did offer a full refund for material removal, which was the ultimate resolution. Unfortunately the experience cost us about 4 weeks' additional time without a functional kitchen, and was a nightmare for us all. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt here that this was an honest mistake, but my husband and I were told during our walkthrough that we were purchasing quartzite counters: that these were the natural stone version of the quartz we came to shop for, and would be more durable. We were specifically told we would be able to cut on the counters, set hot pots and pans on the material, and would only have to seal them every 5-10+ years. We therefore spent a little more money on these discounted slabs (they were the last 2 in stock.) Unfortunately these slabs were actually marble, and therefore did not have the properties advertised. We found this out during install, and confirmed it shortly thereafter. To her benefit, Jennifer was as helpful as possible, and I cannot fault her customer service. The reason for my review was my experience with Daniel: after determining we had been misled on what we were buying, he was argumentative, belittling, and just downright rude on the phone. He claimed I was screaming at him on the phone (I have never in my life screamed at a vendor), that no one would have ever told us the material was quartzite, that these counters have been installed in million dollar homes and he couldn't understand why we were unhappy, etc... I was shaking with anger and adrenaline after being spoken to that way over the phone. Based on our experience, I obviously cannot recommend Marble Unlimited for your countertop needs, and would urge you to take your business elsewhere.

My husband and I started to work with Marble unlimited in late 2019 recommended by a friend on our kitchen renovation project for the counter top. Our project was put on hold due to COVID and later other job related aspects. We resumed the project this May and we are very happy with our beautiful new countertop. I wanted to share some exciting new with you! My bathroom is complete & looks stunning. I recently decided to give my bathroom a much-needed facelift, and I couldn't be happier with the results. BuiltRite construction along with their talented interior designer & subcontractors helped me achieve the results I wanted. I was helped with my selections (which was overwhelming at first) BuiltRite Made the process easy for me. I received a new vent fan, New Tile, cabinetry, faucets, countertops, mirrors and so much more. I will be using BuiltRite again on my next bathroom remodel.

Marble Unlimited transformed our kitchen and we could not be happier about the results! Jennifer, Amy, Daniel, and the whole team at Marble Unlimited were such a joy to work with. We took a few trips to their slab yard and walked it with Amy who helped provide wonderful insights about the types of stone, how the stone would look in our space, and what could go with it. The initial quote process working with Daniel was smooth and prices were highly competitive and fair. Marble Unlimited partners with BuildRite LLC to do the install and the install went smoothly. The team was professional and easy to work with, including working with us to schedule around a few days where we had conflicts. They were even able to make our dream of having stone shelves come to life! Such a unique feature in our home and I'm confident this team can make any vision a reality. This is the 2nd time I have used Marble Unlimited for countertops - the first time was in 2010. They have a great selection of stone, and they are friendly and helpful. Jennifer and staff are amazing! I highly recommend visiting here if you are contemplating new counter tops. I knew I needed guidance and help when we decided to upgrade our old laminate counter tops, and I decided Marble Unlimited in Hillsborough would be the first place I would visit--and I am glad I did. As such, I didn't need to go anywhere else! Jennifer was patient with me throughout the process and explained everything. She took time to help me decide on what sink and faucet to select (even if it meant purchasing those items elsewhere). I was able to benefit from her personal experience (with the items in her own kitchen) and from her personal preferences. I was glad we had brought with us a tile from our kitchen to try to match with the counter tops and as soon as she saw it, she pointed out what I had already envisioned in my mind. We told her we were most concerned with durability and no maintenance and she knew exactly what we needed and wanted. The 2 installers were excellent--our install day was the hottest day of the year (to date) and they worked non-stop, efficiently, and expertly to remove our old counter tops and sink and install the new counter tops and drop in our sink (which was hooked up the next day along with our new faucet by our plumber--who admired the beautiful quartzite). I am amazed how smoothly the process was and couldn't have done it without Jennifer's and the staff's help. We highly recommend.
