Yes, I hired my own company, paid, happily! A family away from family! Great team! Thank you to the Lofty Builders Production Team! Bathroom renovation completed. Moved laundry upstairs, next to bedrooms! So convenient! Added another HVAC system to upstairs. Renovated office. Added two adjustable height desks. New flooring. New paint.

Just want to share my experience with Lofty Homes Builders. I was looking for a company to do the renovation for my two family home. After a not so great experience with another company I started my search again. On my way to work I would pass Lofty Homes. I wasn't sure exactly what they did there but I notice the sign said "Kitchen Renovation". I went online and made a request for kitchen renovation. I was contacted by Brian Shimkus to set up a time to come look at the space. From there things moved along quickly. It was a one stop shop. They took care of everything from the materials to the contractor to the plumbing and electrical, I just had to choose my cabinets counter top, purchase a microwave and faucet it was just that simple. Chris Habib the Project Manager was in contact with me throughout the entire project with updates. Once the materials came in we set a start date and in no time I have two beautiful kitchens. I would definitely recommend Lofty Homes to all my friends and family for their home improvement projects. Thanks for making this easy. Diane

I absolutely love Tony and his products! By far one of the best and easiest flooring systems to install. While it’s tricky to understand when you first start after that it’s smooth sailing I’ve used it for my business as well as personal I highly recommend lofty products and giving lofty homes and builders on FB. We bought our 1950s home and knew that we wanted to do a renovation. We spoke with 5 contracting companies. Lofty came out with a laser ruler and took detailed notes of what we were looking to do. Andre walked through with us and asked us what our vision was, and discussed the scope of the project. As we were deciding between two companies, Lofty contacted us and with no pressure asked if there was anything about the project or the scope that we had concerns over. I appreciated the honest, no pressure contact. For many reasons, we chose to go with Lofty and I am so glad we did. Our project morphed from a pretty substantial reno to an entire gut reno. We had a lot of hiccups from permit issues to other contractors that we had hired to do other work (windows/insulation through Mass Save). Even though the issues were not caused by Lofty, they were incredibly helpful and patient and helped us navigate and resolve many of the issues. We have lived in our fully renovated house for over a year now and are still very happy with the work and service of Lofty. We have recommended them to others and would happily work with them again in the future. If you are deciding between whether or not to hire them, you won't be disappointed by the team.

By far the BEST experience ever doing home renovation. I have lived through (4 renos). This went beyond my expectations. It was on time, and on budget due to great communication and planning. From the 1st meeting with Tony, then with his project manager Shane - we were able to finish right before Thanksgiving eve. Their team members made it so easy for me to do my job, while they handle all the "issues" and details. Communication is everything, and Lofty homes is all of that.

1. Great customer service! I am all about customer service and not having my time wasted. They’re available after hours too, via texting. Which is was great for me. I had this idea of what I wanted in our playroom that’s becoming more of a “Pre-teen” room. Ms. Kim put my idea into motion and sent me visually what I pictured. They came out within 24hrs to measure, and BOOM! It was done in less than two weeks, as I have a newborn at home and needed it done immediately. 2. Their employees have great attitudes I’m all about what and who represents their company. They have amiable workers. They came in and asked if they were required to wear masks! (I appreciated the consideration!) and I asked them to wear shoe covers, as we don’t allow shoes in our home. They happily obliged. 3. Super satisfied with their job! I am waiting on handles, which I took forever because they have such a great variety.
