Bought through the KB Factory Outlet on Anderson,however, Mario and Jonathan from Adamo store were my installers. My peninsula countertop was 10 feet long and 5 feet wide(at its widest) and was all in one piece. They did such a professional / Grade A job on the install. Very professional and does great work.

Matthew was fantastic to work with. We had an intricate job with a lot of cuts. KB came out and laser-measured the job and the stone fit like a glove. This is our third time using KB for countertops, and I 100% recommend them!

After reading reviews and comparing estimates, we chose KB because they had the best price and stellar feedback to go along with that. Our budget wouldn't allow us to redo the entire kitchen, so the most cost effective upgrade we could make was replacing the countertops with granite, and swapping out our old sink/faucet with a new stainless steel undermount sink/touchless faucet. KB didn't disappoint. They were professional, responsive, hard working and timely. They guided us through the process, from measurements and templates, to choice of slab and installation. The price was all up front with no hidden charges. The only thing that we paid extra for was an upgraded sealant for the granite that came with a 15 year warranty. Their choice of slabs was adequate at our price point. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable, from the salesperson I dealt with on the phone, the staff at the Tampa location, to the installers who came to our house. The only gripe that we had was the cutout for our drop-in cooktop was done after the granite was put into place. The amount of dust not just covered everything in our kitchen, but most everything in the house! We wish that could've been done ahead of time at the warehouse along with the other cuts.

We worked with Matt as our go to Service adviser and sales. He guided our original search for our Kitchen countertop replacement. Matt was very patient and guided us through the wide selection of countertop material and there was a lot to choose from looking at larger slabs and not just small samples like some others used. He explained the entire process of how the install would be handled and digital template's are created during the process for exact measurements. The installer they used for our kitchen is extremely good . He has many years of experience and made every little detail look easy. Overall, we are so pleased how Matt answered every question and was always available when we called and if not, he would immediately call back. All in all, we found KB to be the best price and so very helpful.

We picked KB Factory Outlet because of all the great ratings on Google, and we were not disappointed :). They have a large selection and allowed us to browse at our own pace. Honestly, the most difficult part was trying to decide which stone to pick because they are all beautiful. There was a bit of a set back closer to installation, but the team was able to resolve it quickly. If we ever change out our counter tops again, we are definitely going back to KB. Also, everyone was a pleasure to work with; shout out to Mike in sales, Venessa in scheduling, John with fabrication, and both Mason and Samuel in installation, you all did a terrific job!

I walked in to KB Countertops and was greeted by Matt. He listened to what I was looking for and walked us out back to look at different slabs. He explained the process and set everything up including the kitchen sink. Today we had the template done and I’m excited to see the finished product.

We had a great experience at KB! Their prices are so affordable compared to finding stone at a wholesale and using an independent fabricator. The same stones that were $65 to $90 per square foot here were over $20 to $40 per square ft more elsewhere. If you have a smaller project, they have lots of remnants to choose from for amazing prices. The staff were all super nice and the installers were extra great. There were a few hiccups during installation but they fixed anything necessary. Their turnaround times were very quick compared to the several other fabricators we talked to. Great value and highly recommend!

So happy with our new white countertops. The process was really quick, from the moment we walked in until installed was about 2 1/2 weeks. The photos show the brown granite before and new white countertops afterwards. The price was significantly lower than other quotes we had at the big box stores. They had a large selection and we will definitely use this company again!

I started a home Reno last April and my counters and cabinet color clashed a bit. So I decided if I get new counter tops it will make a difference. I was referred to Syd at KB Countertops and I have to say even when there was a hiccup Syd made it right. His first priority was to make sure I was happy with my counter tops. He made this so easy for my husband and I. He was also very professional and cared about his customer’s. The installers were pleasant to work with as well and they cleaned up after the install was complete. I would definitely recommend KB Countertops to anyone.

Don't ever do business with this company! Terrible installation and customer service. As the saying goes "you get what you pay for"! Use a more professional company. My very expensive quartzite countertops cracked in several places and we can't get anyone to answer the phone or call us! I would never buy another thing from them! Ever! Run and run fast!

All their different stones are labeled with a price, and you multiply that by square footage you need . This price covers installation as well. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY!! They did the absolute worst installation. No manager follow up, they say they will come out to fix it and no one calls or shows up. Broke my cabinet, a 1 inch gap between counter and wall. counters are not level.
