**DO NOT GIVE BUSINESS TO THIS COMPANY** Kansas Granite Mart has managed to screw up every single step of my cabinet process. The wait time was double the time I was told, the sink base fake-drawer fronts came assembled after I asked more than once for them not to be, they refused to accept my measurements as correct multiple times, waited yet another week to order the replacement cabinets that they messed up to begin with, etc.....I wish I could add more but there was honestly so many things they got wrong/didnt take responsibility for that I lost track. Never in my life have I been so stressed out over small mistakes that could've been avoided. I do not appreciate the service I have received or lack thereof, nor do I appreciate the disrespect I felt, although I'm spending thousands of dollars here. I too was given 3 different contracts to sign as the process kept changing. Read the other bad reviews, they're completely accurate!!!! I just don't understand how it took more time, just for them to get so much wrong. They refused to take responsibility, were rude, and I felt like I was not being listened to about anything. Would never recommend this company to anyone. Complete negligence. Don't waste your time.

We got granite countertops for our kitchen with KGM. To summarize each part of the experience: Selection: This was a much better process than I anticipated. They had a nice selection, some really good prices, and paid attention to what we said we had in mind in order to adapt their suggestions. I never felt like I was being "sold" something we didn't want. Measurement and Install: Everyone was pretty much on time and good at communicating ETAs. Install wasn't perfect, but remedied quickly and the end result is exactly what we wanted. Employees: We genuinely think KGM has high expectations of their employees in terms of quality of work and professionalism. Correspondence: Couldn't ask for better--we were always able to get a hold of somebody and never got put off.

Kansas Granite did a wonderful job from start to finish. Don and his crew went the extra mile to keep our slate backsplash intact by trimming where needed and slid the granite right under it. They are reasonably priced (less than big box stores) and gave great customer service. Quick turnaround for install too

I have used the company on more than one occasion. This is the last time I will do business with them. Cabinets were not installed to the ceiling as I requested so I was charged for the filler pieces to hide the gap between the ceiling and the top of the cabinets. The installers put trim pieces on some of the exterior and not all. I was charged additional to have trim pieces installed so that it would match with the installers had initially done. The hole for the faucet was drilled in the wrong spot. The sink was mounted off center. Repeatedly asked that the owner reach out to me. That never happened.

They charge to do the measuring but don't use or trust yours if you opt to do it yourself. Really? How hard is it to use a tape measure? Two employees quit in the middle of my project. Very unprofessional. No customer service. Go elsewhere.!!!!

We went in to order a very small piece. The employee we worked with was great. Because our needed piece was small, we asked if we could look at remnants - in the hopes of saving some money. She helped us find just the right product and quoted us a very fair price. We paid, took our receipt, and looked forward to picking up our piece three weeks later. Three weeks later - no piece. We call and another person answers. Lots of pauses and "hmms" and then a "oh yes, it will be done in 10 days." Ten days later, we go to pick it up. Not only was it NOT the product we had picked out. It was not cut according to what we had agreed on. The employee we had originally worked with was "apparently no longer there" and the employee we were now dealing with kept saying "well, you paid for the labor, and that is what you picked out. Plus, you were given a discount (as if this mattered)." After much arguing - assuring her that we did NOT pick out that piece of stone and that it was not cut to what we had agreed on - she rudely agreed to refund our money. I have no idea what happened, but I feel like something got messed up, someone picked out a random piece of stone and tried to pass it off as "they'll just accept it." Be careful you get the stone you actually pick out. This one was obvious - it had blue veins running through it, and I had chosen something with no pattern. But something more subtle may go unnoticed. I would NOT recommend going here.

From the first day we were not given all the info requested and that just continued through the process. Once you pay the 75% they do not do honest work. The schedules were not communicated and so we were without a kitchen for 2 months when we were told it would be 3 weeks (they had everything in stock). They didn't give us an option for the edging for the granite because they "decided" for us. We had trouble getting a hold of the project manager and had to surprise them at the business to have a conversation. We have requested to speak with the owner numerous times but have been told that he is either out of town or doesn't "deal with these kinds of issues." The cabinets ended up hitting our new fan, so I had to replace it -- I asked for the difference in cost and they refused. We showed them the photos of cabinets hitting the fan, curtain rods, and uneven cabinetry to which they have blamed us. The response we have received is that they will take a cabinet back and not charge a restocking fee-thereby not addressing or acknowledging any other documented issues for which they came and did 2 measurements for. They proceeded to say everything is our fault even though they were responsible for measurements. I'm confident when we take them to small claims court, all of the documentation speaks for itself. The manager Sydnee sent us a new contract to sign with all of the issues we stated, printed in red, to say they have no liability for the errors. We said we are not signing a new contract since we have already signed one and paid 75% -- that's just a terrible business practice and lacks common sense. Do yourself a favor and go with a more reputable company who stands by their work, communicates effectively, knows how to measure twice and cut once, doesn't try to implement a new contract during a job, and has no qualms about getting the owner involved when the company is clearly at fault. Lastly, Miriana was our project manager and I would highly recommend steering clear of her for all of the above reasons.

I’m very happy with my countertops. They were very easy to work with and the price affordable. The lady that was our sales representatives and liaison between purchase and install was great. She answered all our questions with prompt respond time. The installers were very efficient, friendly and did a beautiful job! Absolutely no complaints.
