Imperial was one of the BEST vendors i dealt with now when i re-did my house. They are super responsive, professional and accommodating. When i was unhappy with my stone choice for my kitchen island, months later- Joseph Brull gave me no problem wtsoever to come in and choose a different stone. He was really nice about it and super accomodating. Their crews they send to work in ur home are all friendly, very clean, also very accommodating and do truly incredible work!! I absolutely LOVE how my stone came out everywhere! I can honestly say they were one of the top vendors i worked with on my house and i highly recommend anyone who needs stone to work with them as well. Hatzlacha!!

The company I'm with has been working with Imperial for many years. Everyone there is a pleasure to deal with. They have an amazing selection of slabs on site and are fair in pricing. We take clients over to them all the time to walk through and they are always accommodating. Our direct contact is Joseph Brull. He's super responsive to any questions or needs that we have. He's always a pleasure to speak with and very patient. They are very organized in their process from initial selection through installation. Their installers are excellent; precise and clean. Very professional organization. They arrived on time. Staff were super helpful and eager to please. They were very responsive to our request for quick fabrication of our Quartz countertops. The install went very well and the staff did a great job. We would not hesitate to recommend them. We were referred by our kitchen designer. They were also quite good at answering our questions, including how best to maintain the countertops.

And when there was a delay on my sink and everything got delayed they still installed it on time.
