I had the best experience with Great In Counters! Lynn helped me choose the perfect quartz for my kitchen, it looks beautiful! I give 10 stars! Roger and his team who installed my kitchen did a wonderful job. They certainly pay attention to detail. Every step of the process was made easier because everyone there works as a team. I am writing this review after requesting to speak with the owner regarding my experience. That has been unsuccessful, so I feel this is my only option for communication. I chose GIC based on all these wonderful reviews, I wish I was here to report that I shared their experiences. I'd say the biggest issue with GIC is their poor communication with myself and among each other within the company. Every single department made errors during my job that led to an overall outcome that I suppose is sufficient, but definitely not outstanding. Issues began with scheduling. First, the initial template appointment was rescheduled because I was told Gillette Stadium called them, and I suppose it took priority. Fine, I wouldn't tell the customer this, though. The second scheduling issue occurred during the first installation. No one ever notified me the job had been scheduled. I luckily emailed an hour before they were going to show up to ask about scheduling. That's when I was told they were coming out in an hour. I told them I wasn't prepared, and they didn't understand why it was an issue. I had to remind them I had counters that were being removed, and plumbing wasn't disconnected for them. The day of installation arrives, the crew came unprepared and asked my husband to use our tools, but otherwise countertop installation went okay. Another template appointment was required to measure the backsplash, on the day of this installation it was discovered these measurements were incorrect. Due to their measure error, a new panel needed to be redone and reinstalled on another day. I asked specifically if this new panel would match the pattern and was assured it would. Obviously, this did not, and now, unless I want to remove the entire backsplash, the result is a mismatched pattern. Additionally, a 1/4 inch gap was left between the stove vent and the backsplash that I had to ask about. I was told this was my fault for installing the vent incorrectly. Their suggestion was to drop the vent to meet the backsplash, which is impossible because it needs to align with the exhaust hole in the wall of the house. This company has zero QC department, and each department will blame another for mistakes. A project manager overseeing these jobs would lead to improved quality, reduced time and money waste for the company, and customer satisfaction. For 7k the final result isn't worth it.

Best Around!!! We have had nothing but 5⭐️ Service with GIC! having used them now in all of our bathroom remodels, laundry room and our most recent, upcoming outdoor cabana kitchen (cabana photos to come). The customer service and attention to detail sets them apart from the rest. Beautiful local showroom with friendly, knowledgeable staff. I highly recommend GIC for all your stone needs…besides our new GORGEOUS countertops, they did such beautiful shower trim work along with a custom Miami white quartz floating shower Bench, straight out of a magazine! I Can not wait to start on my kitchen remodel next and you can bet GIC will be on the job!

Kim, Wendy and the team were amazing from start to finish! They took the time to show us the quartz and granite in their beautiful showroom. The guy Gene who came to template the kitchen was phenomenal. He was so personable and was a pleasure to work with. The install crew was nothing short of clean, quick and super efficient. This whole experience was 5 Star and top notch! Kim and her team were amazing and we highly recommend Great In Counters for your needs. Pricing was very good and fair! These guys are true professionals. Not only did they show up on time, they fixed some minor repairs that needed to be corrected before installing the Quartz at no extra charge! You can also trust them, they did all this work while I was away and when i returned the job was finished perfectly. I would HIGHLY recommend them.

I just had my quartz countertops and island waterfall installed by Roger, Raphael, and their team from Great in Counters, and I could not be happier! They are professional and pleasant to work with. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was the best it could be. It looks beautiful! I worked with Sara at GIC, who has been super helpful in sharing her knowledge and experience to make all the right decisions. She's the best! Paul did my templating and I can't say enough good things about him. He knows how to tackle the difficult little problems that arise and come up with the perfect solution. GIC has done the stone work for both my bathrooms and now my kitchen. I am completely satisfied with their work and would recommend them highly!
