Fox River Granite was amazing. I am a builder with @berk_walters_homes and I deal with a LOT of different contractors. David and his team did a great job for a great price, and on time. Usually you don't get all 3 of those attributes. Their work is impeccable and the results stunning. We sold the house before we even finished it and everyone commented on the stunning waterfall island. I will use Fox River again for sure.

Wanted to write a detail review for the amazing job that David (from Fox River Granite) did for recovering my home! I'm one of the owners who experienced a pipe burst during the extreme weather back in Feb'21 in Dallas, TX. My entire brand new development house was flooded with 6 inches deep of water. Originally we wanted to have a warranty claim as it's a new built from Castle Rock; however, the builder is in denial of any responsibility so we are left with no help. Searched through google and attempted to call every single contractors we can find but most of the highly rated ones are all 1 month out. We were lucky enough to have met David's team. He is honest, friendly, very informative during the entire rebuild process that we didn't need to ask for update, and most of all very timely (It's 2 months long project through beginning of Apr, but I'm sure it would have been at least a 3 months reconstruction for others let alone there isn't anyone who can help during the contractor shortage). Since we ended up went through the reconstruction with insurance and the money wasn't coming as quickly as we wanted. David is very thorough and sent us a quote that is close to the field adjuster's estimate. He is also very transparent and told us that we can either wait (It took almost 2 weeks for our insurance to send us a check and then 2 additional weeks for our lender (due to TX law if check is >$10k) to release us payment) OR if we are comfortable to issue them a check with 50% of the estimate, they can start the work right away. Understand 50% is a lot of money, but we already built trust throughout the first week with David so we were not worry at all. David used the same if not better quality material to rebuild our place! i.e We paid upgrades fee with our cabinets and floorings but we couldn't locate the same brand and color anywhere out there. He personally reached out to the supplier who usually usually sell to builders and was able to convince them to sell us the material! (I called myself and got turn down couple times) Then, he gave us an option to pick better quality of stone for our counter top needed to be replaced. We are still waiting for the rest of the claim check to be released as of today and we're glad we didn't wait in the first place. It is a long review, but I wanted to make sure if you are still looking for a team who is honest and highly skilled, look no where. Thank you David again! -Steven & Tracy

Very dissatisfied with the work. Our white quartz counter tops were affixed with an adhesive that has turned very yellow after only 2 1/2 years and looks horrible against the white quartz. The counter tops throughout my custom home, built in 2021were not as expected and the quality of the nstallation was mediocre. I expected better in a custom build at a price point over 700k.

We are building a house and not only did we find endless options for countertops at Fox River & Granite, but the customer service was beyond amazing! We worked with Rosa who was so knowledgeable, kind, helpful, and she made the process of picking countertops so much fun. She has been a joy to work with. The countertops were installed last week and the attention to detail is so evident and appreciated. I had to leave a review because that’s how impressive this whole experience has been. It’s always great when top notch quality and top notch customer service coexist. Thankful to have this gem of a business in the dfw area.

Lacey is awesome, always smiling helpful and ready to serve. Today I came in with 2 ladies to pick out countertops. I was hoping also she could help me get some color schemes for paint and flooring picked out as the ladies did not like colors I suggested. We left with flooring, paint colors and great ideas which made entire remodel kick into high gear. Ps she skipped her lunch to help me. Our friend and realtor, France Kwan, of F1 Real Estate Group, recommended we reach out to Nick at Fox River, when we started looking to replace our dated dark granite countertops. We have a large kitchen with 3 large surfaces, a bar area, and a separate counter in the adjacent family room, all with the same dark granite. We wanted to bring some lightness into the area, both from a color perspective and the thickness of the slabs. We chose a beautiful white Carrera Marmi quartz and Nick made sure we were taken care of. His folks came out and measured, received our new sink to ensure proper cuts (and helped when a duplicate sink was received by delivering it back to UPS for us) and came out and installed the counters quickly and cleanly. I’m including a photo of the new countertops. The new backsplash goes in tomorrow. Timely, helpful, friendly, reliable, and reasonable prices!
