We recently worked with DMD Marble and Granite to transform our kitchen countertops from dark to light, and the experience was nothing short of amazing. From the very beginning, Carmina, who is truly a gem, provided exceptional customer service. She went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was perfect, showing genuine care and dedication throughout the entire process. We felt listened to, heard, prioritized, and quite honestly like a part of the family by the time our project was complete! The office manager, Vivian, also deserves special recognition. She went out of her way to keep us informed and on schedule. She even helped us select our last minute desktop addition that perfectly complemented the quartz we chose. Her expertise and commitment made the decision-making process smooth and stress-free. And I can not say enough about the install team as well. TOP NOTCH!! They were professional, efficient, and meticulous, ensuring that every detail was perfect. The craftsmanship and attention to detail truly brought our vision to life. My husband is in the trades, and he is pretty hard to please. He was blown away with gratitude throughout the whole process. DMD Marble and Granite ha an excellent quantity and quality assortment of Granite slabs to chose from. Their staff was friendly, knowledgeable, patient and accommodating in our search for that right color and pattern to meet our needs. The fabrication process is critical for everything to fit the unique layout of our kitchen and they did it perfectly. We purchased some beautiful granite from DMD Granite last May 2017. Due to a major remodel we just recently (February 2018) were ready for installation. The DMD staff was fantastic all the way through the process. From the very beginning with the sales staff educating us about different types of granite while we were trying to decide which granite was the best match for our kitchen out of all the beautiful choices. Then choosing our layout with their expert assistance. Lastly to the very end with the amazing installation. We selected a very bold design which required a great deal of skill and artistry. The design on the countertops continued onto the backsplash seamlessly. We were in absolute awe of the workmanship that went into the final product.
