I can’t recommend enough! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ After getting quotes from big box stores and several other local companies — including a few that acted as if they didn’t want my business because I wasn’t a contractor or builder, I was feeling discouraged about getting new countertops. A few weeks ago, I stumbled into countertop specialties and they turned my experience around. Chelsea sensed my frustration and listened to me babble on about how much I hated our old countertops. She almost immediately walked me over to the most perfect quartz slab that I was looking for! She precisely explained the process, the options, the materials, and answered my questions about sinks and everything else. Their pricing is very competitive and they accommodated all my special requests for specialty cuts and scalloped edging. Their quoting was fast and no pressure. The install went faster than expected and the employees were friendly and installed our beautiful new countertops while managing to save my existing backsplash. I highly recommend Countertop Specialties. I'm a kitchen sales designer and every customer we've used CSI for has been more than pleased. They're knowledgeable, on time, stick to the schedule, and fair with pricing. They can get several quartz brands, a couple of which I couldn't find elsewhere. Chelsea is such a huge help. They have a good selection of stone on property too, with by-the-sf options which is nice if you're on a budget.

Great experience and beautiful work. The quality of edges and seams is amazing. I have a waterfall edge at the tub and the seam is virtually invisible. It looks like one block of stone, which is exactly what I wanted. I also had some special requests, and they were very accommodating.

This is a company that will remove your old countertop and then not be responsible for how the new countertop is installed. They left a 1/4" gap between base and countertop, then told me I needed a carpenter. It pretty much comes down to, we will rip it out and never accept responsibility. I strongly recommend this company, if you want half-ass work. Truly an unprofessional organization.
