These people are beyond snobby. I went in looking for a slab that I could make a coffee table out of. They told me they would put together a quote same day or early next day for me. Didn’t happen.. I called several days later and they said, “oh, we were just getting ready to call you! Could we see a drawing of what you are wanting to make so we can put together a quote for you?” First of all, beyond cutting and finishing the slab, it’s none of their business what I do with it after I buy it and take it away. Second, they ghosted me after I sent them a drawing. These people are super unprofessional and rude. Can’t even be bothered to let you know they don’t want your business. I went to euro stone and was treated way better and got a beautiful slab from them. The coffee table looks great. No thanks to Celtic.

Our experience was amazing. We had our kitchen countertops replaced and the results are gorgeous. Rachelle was very knowledgeable and helpful with picking the product. Michael was friendly and professional. He took the time to answer all of our questions. The installation was quick and exceeded our expectations. We would definitely recommend Michael and his team .

Michael and Rachelle were great to deal with. I had them replace my kitchen counters in 2015. They were very accommodating and the workmanship was first class. It only made since to go back to them in 2016 when we were remodeling our master bathroom. Again very pleased.

We first used this company to update our home for resale. We were so pleased we used them again for the new home! I'm not a great decorator but Rachelle is so knowledgeable & helpful that it made the process so easy. The installation workers were a fun group of guys as well! We would definitely use this company again!

Five Star RESULTS!! 😁 Absolutely stunning, attention to detail and quality granite Install! 🎉 Our bathroom double vanity install looks awesome. 😍 Well worth the money and gives it a greater resell value down the road. Great suggestions, no rush attitude by Rachelle and the things we should consider in making our decisions.😁 Great communication by Micheal and Rachelle and all meetings and delivery install on time. Rachelle is great at working with color schemes!! Locally owned. Like many other reviewers this was our SECOND time to go with Celtic Marble! What better testament could anyone give. They did a perfect kitchen granite install in 2015. They did everything they said they would both times. Sorry Micheal....We would go with Celtic Marble again BUT we don’t have any other countertops left to change out! 😢. Too bad we can’t take them with us when we move to Florida. I have a cabinet shop in Tullahoma. I have used Celtic on several jobs. The service is great as well as very competitive prices. The staff is very professional. Rachelle is always very prompt to return my phone calls or emails, as well as meeting with my customers and helping them make their selections. The turn around time has always meet my expectations as well as a great install job. I highly recommend Celtic for all of your counter-top needs.

Excellent customer service, from the first time I went in to talk about a top for my new bathroom vanity till the day they came and installed it. And I need to mention that we were going to have 21 friends and family over for Thanksgiving, plus my mom and brother and his wife were staying with us so one bathroom for all to use would of been crazy. They came out on Tuesday to measure and delivered the top on Wednesday disaster avoided.. Thank you so much Rachelle and Michael...Next kitchen remodel..

We are in the midst of a kitchen remodel and decided we needed to update our counter tops too. My wife contacted Celtic and spoke with Rachel. Rachel was very helpful and had some very good suggestions concerning color and coordinating with our new cabinets. She also referred a company to do our tile back splash. So far Celtic has been the best part of our remodel. Once we chose our counters they came out and cut the templates and within three days installed th counter tops. We are extremely pleased with the color and quality of the work and feel we received a lot of value for the price. From first contact to installation, the process took three weeks which was pretty impressive. Our next project will be our master bath remodel and we will go back to Celtic again.
