From the day I spoke with Debra and Grady, I felt very comfortable knowing I had chosen the right Company. Debra is very communicative and walks you through every step of the process. She is accessible for questions and that meant a lot to me. Grady built a breakfast bar for us and was very diligent to make sure his measurements were perfect for installation and his crew was phenomenal. They were at my house for as long as it took to make sure the job was perfect.. They are people of their word and I I highly recommend them. Their quality and service is something rare. I wanted my kitchen done for so long but wanted someone who was professional and knowledgeable and kind. Debra and Grady were all of those and more. My kitchen looks incredible and better than I could have ever imagined. The granite countertops and island they installed surpassed my expectations and brought my kitchen to another level. They were very easy to work with and communicated with me throughout the entire process.

Debra and Grady are both very responsive and take the time to listen, answer questions and offer HONEST advice. Even though our other cabinets were RTA, Grady was able to perfectly match them to give us our coffee/smoothie bar with an appliance lift and lots of strange dimensions :) Our project had several complications but they handled them wonderfully and we couldn’t be happier with our new kitchen!!

I was extremely disappointed with the installation of a granite countertop for my outdoor kitchen. It took months to finally get our outdoor kitchen delivered and placed on the patio. The kitchen was assembled, leveled and properly placed on a flagstone patio. It was measured to an exact distance from the house. The refrigerator was installed, leveled and exactly measured extending from the cabinet by a reputable company in Asheville.. The installers came with Grady. I watched them come and place the top on and noticed that they moved the cabinet. I assumed they would move it back before placing all the pieces and caulking the pieces together. When the granite was place it was obvious that the kitchen was no longer at the correct distance from the house. It was 2 inches on the right and 7 1/2 inches on the left. Not even close to where it was when leveled. I paid a great deal of money to have it place exactly level and centered, and it was obvious it no longer was straight . The refrigerator is obviously crooked as well. I asked the installers why the refrigerator was ajar and the cabinet was not longer straight. I was told to unhook the feet of the refrigerator and move it until it was straight. I told Grady that the cabinet had been moved and was obviously crooked. He told me " Lady, you don't know what a plumb line is and I am sure that your house is not plumb". He was going to have the two installers drag it across the flagstone. I told him it would damage the stone. He insisted that I was very wrong with thinking it was not straight and that they did not move it. I had the contractor who built the house come the next day, and was told it was definitely moved and not straight.The contractor built this house so I trust him and his judgement. I am now going to have to hire 4 people to move it and make it level since it now has the granite on top of it. I am beyond disappointed. I have built three houses before and this is the first time I have ever experienced this type of problem. Grady would not own up to the fact that they have made an error, or help pay for the mistake that was made. I have pictures of each stage of the installation.

Debra and Grady were great to work with on our bathroom renovation. Debra was very responsive and Grady took the time to educate this DIY guy. They said I would have my vanity top in a week and it was ready in 4 days. If you are looking to replace your countertops I would highly recommend these folks.

Grady and Debra were excellent to work with, providing timely responses to the many questions we had throughout the project. Grady and the installation team did an excellent job installing our new marble countertops and cabinets to the point of perfection – team are true craftsmen...vs being concerned with just getting the job done and moving on to the next project as quick as possible. Would use them again and recommend to all our friends!

Grady and Debra and their team were awesome to work with. Taking the trip to the showroom was well worth it because Grady was able to lend his experience and knowledge of installation as well as the market and became more of a guide than a salesman or construction dude. He came out to make the templates and had them ready to go. His team was great to work with because they had extensive knowledge of the process and did an excellent job installing. We could not be happier with our purchase and installation! We will use them again and recommend to all our friends!
