We have used Buffalo Granite and Marble twice now and couldn't be happier with their service! We purchased our kitchen counters and bathroom counter from them and were very pleased with the result. They have a beautiful selection of products and are able to answer any and all questions that you have throughout the process. Erica was also extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. My husband's family owns a construction company and we are careful when making recommendations of other companies to our customers, but Buffalo Granite and Marble we trust to recommend!

I shopped around for about 3 weeks looking for the perfect countertops for my new kitchen.Traveling to the showroom after the showroom throughout WNY. I did my due diligence in collecting the information needed to make my final decision. After collecting all the information from customer service to product pricing and timing. I made my decision to go with Buffalo Granite. From the moment I walked into the showroom, I was greeted by Brenda, who was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I explained that I was looking for something unique, especially with the color that I chose. I was looking for something with a sapphire blue. Brenda then took me to the back where she had a piece of quartz, which was not only what I wanted, but exceeded what I expected to find. Other companies that I had shopped around could not provide what I was looking for and tried to sell me on something that I just didn't love. I revisited the showroom again with Brenda, I was then able to give her my dimensions, and she had worked on a price. About a week later, Steve came out to my house and did final measurements. Steve as well answered all of my questions and concerns I had. Another week later and I was on the schedule for installation. Instalation day i was like a kid on Christmas morning, I was so excited to finally see my kitchen one step closer to completion. There was a minor hick up when a sink bracket was missing off the truck. However, the owner, Paul himself, had brought the missing item from Tonawanda to West Seneca. I couldn't be more pleased with the level of customer service that I received. The quality of the product and the pricing couldn't be beat either. I will be recommending Buffalo Granite to all of my clients' families and friends. PS The picture gives no justice to the in person look of this quartz Thank you again for an outstanding job!! I had been to various companies to find quartzite countertops and Buffalo Granite & Marble was definitely the best to work with, had the best inventory selection and pricing. Chelsae took time to find me exactly what I wanted and answered our many questions. Everyone else involved from templating to installation were very courteous, professional and did an impeccable job. We are extremely happy with our beautiful new countertops! I highly recommend them for all your countertop needs.

What a great experience! I was originally hesitant to use them because I heard their prices were high! I’m so glad I went ahead and booked an appointment with Erica. She was fabulous! She explained the process, explained the product, helped me pick the right quartz for my new countertops! And their prices were on par, and in my budget! She offered up several options in different budgets! I probably would have paid more, somewhere else and gotten an inferior product! She helped me through the whole process! The installers Mark and Ben went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect! We had a few hiccups along the way- but they were professional and made sure I was completely happy with the results and product before they left! Those guys explained everything in detail, definitely know their products and work! I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone! They were kind and very respectful of the house too! The company was so great- we had two custom vanity tops installed as well! Again a little hiccup with the sink I bought- but Paul took care of it right away! That was my fault- and he fixed it! I can’t leave out Nicole! When Erica wasn’t there- Nicole helped me with the vanities- and scheduling and picking out the quartz tops!! If you’re considering a new kitchen countertop, or vanity- or counters in general- do yourself a favor and make the call to Buffalo Granite! You get what you pay for- which is hand selected product and A+++ service! We’re so happy and can’t thank them enough!!

We visited about 6 local countertop fabricators in Buffalo. We had the best experience at Buffalo Granite, price was on par with rest. Brenda was extremely helpful and always answered all my questions. Nicole was also very pleasant to deal with. The installers came today, they were very pleasant and knowledgeable. Explained to me everything. All in all the final product is very nice and we are very happy! 5 stars all the way!

I’m in love with my countertops!! I priced several other countertop shops and feel like I got excellent value for my money with them. Erica was our service person and guided us through the process well. Really beautiful stonework-even matching the pattern through out our backsplash! Installers Ben & Mark answered my questions and cleaned up after themselves in addition to the install. Great company to work with!

I would give them 10 stars if I could. I HIGHLY recommend them. Alex, Mark Dave and Brenda are amazing. We have had nothing but problems with our remodel till we hired them for our countertops. Their customer service is a 10. Some of the nicest people, honest and genuine. Can't say enough good things about this company and we LOVE our countertops. Best price around and I went to at least 10 places. So save yourself some time and just hire them. I'll post pictures as well, we are the first house to get these, they are the newest quartz look, so beautiful. I looked at hundreds of different slabs and I knew this was the right countertop as soon as I saw this one. They just got it in an hour before we went there. Can't even Google the name of it yet, it's so new. It's Polish arris, it has slight flecks of gold in the veining.
