I recently bought a home with granite counters, no idea who originally installed them. I needed to find someone who could drill a hole for a r/o faucet installation and most places didn't answer the phone or call back. I called Aurora Stone on a Friday midday before a holiday and to my amazement, not only did Sandy answer, she gave me Granite 101 on proper counter care and had a team out to my place drilling the hole within 3 hours. The guys showed up a half hour EARLIER than our appointment! So nice not having a work team be late. Everyone was Covid ready. Guys were very informative and friendly. Our granite counters are beautiful. The guys left my kitchen cleaner than it was when they came in. Haha. This is a great place to do business with. Sandy (one of the owners) is wonderful to work with. She knows everything you need to know.

We would gladly recommend Aurora Stone for any project you may have that requires quality countertops! We found Tom, Sandy and their staff very knowledgeable and full of ideas that they were more than willing to share with us! Our project included our rebuilt kitchen, bathrooms and laundry room. They were very patient and installation went just as planned. They stuck strictly to the time frame they quoted us. We even had a little hiccup in our bathroom (our issue, not theirs) and they accommodated us immediately. We liked dealing with them because their customer service was one of a small business with great attention to detail; yet with the extremely large selection of choices similar to their larger competitors. You would not regret working with them!

We LOVE our countertop! The customer service we received was excellent! We were unaware of the appointment requirement the first time we went into the store; however, sandy made time to sit down with us anyway. She walked us through the warehouse to show us the stones she had available within the price range we gave her. Gave us a rough estimate quote before we even left the store. The overall process took a little over a month, but that was also because we needed to finish work in the kitchen before they could come do the template. After the template was done, it was less than 10 business days later that our countertop was installed. It is absolutely beautiful! I loved that we got to pick our own piece of quartz and it was labeled specifically for us the first day we met with them. We chose a beautiful white, with grey veining, zeal quartz and a square chefs sink, with the spray faucet, I am so happy with our choice and the professionalism of Aurora Stone. We will for sure use this company again of we need more countertops!

We had an excellent experience with Aurora. Sandy could teach a professional course on qualities of stone. She helped guide our search for the stone that involved traveling to many cities, at our desire. She was patient with our searching. The final product was installed yesterday. We love it. The seam is practically invisible. Beautiful outcome and a very helpful process.

We had THE BEST experience with Aurora Stone. You do need an appointment, but it wasn’t hard to get one and when I called to make said appointment, I had some initial questions. Sandy was very friendly and helpful in answering them. We had already had two quotes done from Lowe’s and Home Depot and were shocked by how much everything costs for what we wanted. So we were really apprehensive going to a privately owned store, thinking they might be more expensive. But we had heard good things about their selection and figured it was worth a shot. When we got there, Tom met us and talked to us to get a feel for what we wanted. He walked us through the warehouse, showing us what he thought we might like, but allowing us to ask about other things that caught our eye. He was super knowledgeable and made the selection process so much easier than we thought it would be. We ultimately chose an engineered quartz that was right in line (price wise) with what we had been quoted by Lowe’s, but Aurora’s product quality was infinitely better. The purchase our tops also came with a sink, which we got to choose from their catalog, so that made things even easier. Sandy checked us out and got everything scheduled for us. Again, super helpful, explaining the whole process to us and answering any questions. I should also mention that they are very military friendly here. Sandy served herself along with her and Tom’s son. My husband’s in the army and we live near Ft Drum (about 90 miles away) and not only did they not charge us a delivery fee, but they also gave us a military discount. I really can’t say enough about this business, just above and beyond what we could have hoped for. Both Tom and Sandy (the owners) are outstanding and even their crews that came to take measurements and install were great. They are a small, but busy business, so there was about 2.5 months in between when we ordered and when the tops were installed, but it was well worth the wait and I can definitely say that the countertops are my favorite part of our kitchen.
