Installation crew was a nightmare. The countertops were measured wrong and cut wrong the 1st time- 2nd time they came back they were still wrong but by then I was done arguing with them. They claim they don't speak English on the installation crew so after I talked to them they threw away major components to my sink and caused my tenant to go without a sink/ kitchen for 4 days. She had to eat out and I had to pay - because they cut the counter wrong they used most of my Quartz that was $1500 a slab to replace- ( i got lucky and found a 1 x deal on it ) Planned on using it in my RV but can no longer. Had to fight with them to make the situation as right as possible but still ultimately unhappy however the countertops finally look decent. NOT GREAT BUT DECENT. They also destroyed my wall in the kitchen when they had to take the old ones out and put the new one in after the 1st time it was done. Verified everything was fine after their 1st install but after the 2nd it was not. Also dont let them fool you Elsa is the wife / other owner of this business. 10 stars! Like their name says, they are pro's. Elsa was great and Ricardo is the best. They were able to find a counter top material that was being discontinued by the manufacturer so now ALL our counter tops match!! A small family operation but they have great pricing, accurate measuring and a perfect installation process. And to top it off, the crew didn't leave globs of silicone adhesive on our floors like the like the last company we used did. My wife and I highly recommend AZ Granite Pro.

Arizona Granite Pro has an amazing team! From our first appointment to our installation appointment our experience was awesome. We worked with Elsa who was very thorough with answering questions and explaining the process. Even after our initial appointment when we had additional questions she was available to answer those questions for us. The gentleman that came out for our template appointment was very knowledgeable and professional. The install guys were awesome and completed the job in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend them.

This is my first experience installing a countertop and I chose Arizona Granite Pro for their good review on Yelp. However, my experience with this business has been a mixed signal. GOOD: The work quality and pricing are very good and competitive. BAD: The communication is very bad since the very beginning and this issue keeps repeating throughout the entire process. Firstly, they told me to go to the Granite provider vendor to pick the granite I prefer. However, they failed to inform me that I have to put in a Hold order for that slab with the stone provider. They only realized that I don’t have a hold order after I already PAID for the material. This resulted in another trip back to the granite provider vendor, and I live 40 miles away from that vendor. Thankfully, after that, the experience was a bit better when Crystal explained to me the right process and confirmed all the time and date for the process, Elsa came for the formal estimate and was able to answer all of my concern. Ricardo was there for the final measurement and was very courteous to ask if he could come a bit early. Unfortunately, the installation step wasn’t a pleasant experience. I confirmed multiple times that the installation time will be between 1 and 3PM on the day. However, they came 50 mins early at 12:10 to do the install. They called me and asked when I can be back with zero mention about coming early ahead of the scheduled time and why there has NEVER been a call to ask/inform if they can come early. That is not professional business practice! Overall, I’m satisfied with the service provided, just wish the process can be communicated better and less hassle

Elsa, Ricardo, Crystal and crew were professional, detailed and very attentive to what we wanted. We had bathroom and kitchen granite and tile backsplash in the kitchen completed. They surpassed our expectations. We absolutely love it. Delivered exactly as promised. Would definitely recommend!

Great experience from beginning to end for fabrication and install of granite in my kitchen and quartz in my bathrooms. Price was comparable to two other quotes I received. Elsa was great to work with during the estimate portion. She never seemed rush, addressed my questions and replied timely when I had follow up questions. She gave me advice on different stone companies and what to expect, price and options. Ricardo and Hector were great during measurements and template taking in our feedback and offering suggestions. Also, both were very friendly. Install was great with Jesus and Pablo. Very detailed oriented, worked diligently throughout the day from demo to final clean up. They were here at least eight hours and I don't think I saw them stop once for a break. Lastly, everything looked great post install and we are very happy on how everything turned out.

We had 5 slabs of granite installed by Ricardo and his crew. Things went well but a little time passed and the granite seams popped on the kitchen island. Finally was able to come out to fix and Ricardo assured us that this could happen and they’d always take care of it in the future if ever happened again. Reassured us and fixed it beautifully. Fast forward a couple years later and once again, the same seams popped again. Contacted Ricardo at Granite Pro and not only was told they wouldn’t fix it but that they don’t even service our area any longer. Very frustrating and very disappointing as we trusted they’d keep their word and back their install! Now looking for someone else to fix this issue.
